Our mission is to serve seniors in a home-like upscale setting providing comprehensive senior care. Since 1996, our community has been owner-operated by the same family and not by a big corporation. Our owner, Ann Kaushal is a nurse and resident of Williamson County.
She and our staff will add to the quality of life of our residents by providing the best, outcome driven, hands on individualized care each and every day. Our unique care management model takes into consideration a resident's medical, social and physical needs. At Wellington Place, we will work with you and your loved ones on a regular basis to develop personalized care plans that suit your unique needs and budget, making it possible for you to feel at home with us for as long as you need!
