They really could use a ward clerk or unit secretary to answer the call lights and pass the messages to the nursing staff.

"They let my mother catch COVID there and they let her die She went there for rehab because she had survival cancer and she even had bed sores This is a horrible place They would not let us visit her because other people had COVID She didn\u2019t have it when she went inThe staff were not on the same page they told us so many different store This place is not what it claims to be they put her on some else\u2019s clothes and they lost her clothes and false teeth".
