Stones River Manor is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community in Murfreesboro and the only such facility in Rutherford County. Founded as the area's first home for the aged, it offers independent living apartments (one and two-bedroom), assisted living across six care levels, long-term nursing care, skilled nursing, and in-house rehabilitation.
